How long are the sessions?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Where do my sessions take place?
We can either meet face to face in Haslemere or Guildford. Or online or by telephone, whatever works best for you.
How do I pay for a session?
Please pay by bank transfer on the day (or before if it’s easier).​
Are sessions confidential?
Everything you tell me in our sessions is confidential with the following exceptions: Safeguarding – if you tell me that you’re about to take your own life or seriously harm yourself or others, I’ll contact emergency mental health support/services as appropriate. I’ll also ask for your consent to contact the person whom you have nominated as your emergency contact. Serious crime – if you tell me you are involved with serious crime, I will contact the relevant authority.
What if I miss a session?
I ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you need to miss or reschedule a session: if this isn't possible then the session is chargeable.
What if I am late?
If you arrive late for a session we can use the remaining time for the work.
